Twenty-five minutes of focused work followed by a short break is the heart of the Pomodoro Technique. This timer adds a soundtrack to the focus block, so starting work is as simple as pressing Start.

Deep Focus uses a gentle 10 Hz binaural tone and soft drone, while Lo-fi Study adds relaxed beats. When the ring empties, the music fades — your cue to take a five-minute break.
